Anne is the co-founder of Delta Labs AG, where she specializes in consumer psychology and technology. Her mission is to
bridge the gap between technology and its users. She actively consults startups, businesses, and NGOs in their journey
towards an AI-driven future, championing the concept of hybrid intelligence. Anne served as a Global Future Council for
the World Economic Forum, and her influential TEDxTalk on why we are more honest with machines has reached over 1.8 million
viewers worldwide. She also co-authored the book "You&AI", published in 2023, a testament to her dedication to promote AI
literacy and "better tech." Before founding Delta Labs, Anne was an Assistant Professor at the University of Zurich,
carried out research at ETH Zurich and earned her PhD with distinction from the Technical University of Munich. Away
from work, she loves to pole dance, do yoga and backpack around the world.

Education and Professional Experience

Anne holds a summa cum laude doctorate in Business Administration from Technische Universität München, where her dissertation on Self-Service Technology garnered an honorable mention in the EMAC McKinsey Marketing Dissertation Award 2014. She expanded her research as a visiting PhD scholar at the W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University. After her PhD, she conducted reserach as a post-doc at ETH Zurich before distinguishing herself as an Assistant Professor in Quantitative Marketing at the University of Zurich.

Anne co-founded Delta Labs AG in 2023, serving as its Chief Revenue Officer to drive human-centered AI solutions. She is also a scientific advisor for Stiftung Risiko Dialog and frequently serves as an educator for executive education at the University of Zurich and others.
